We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will show colors exactly as they appear in person. Comfort Colors garment-dyed shirts may have natural color variation, which is part of their charm and not a defect.

Order Processing

All shirts are printed after an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out, including size, color, design, quantity, and shipping address.

Once an order is submitted, we may not be able to cancel or change it if production has already started.

Pricing and Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Shipping

Orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy. Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, change of mind, or accidental membership in the club.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Eligible issues will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
