Refund policy

At Replaceable Human Club, every shirt is printed just for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, change of mind, or sudden existential regret.

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

To be eligible for help with a damaged or incorrect item:

• The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• Photos of the item and packaging may be required.

We are not able to refund or replace items due to incorrect sizing, so please check the size chart before ordering. Comfort Colors tees have a relaxed fit, but humans remain wonderfully inconsistent.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local USPS carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once marked delivered.
